Exhibit Details
- Each exhibit space includes a six-foot table, linens, and two chairs; tabletop displays or 10 × 10 booth areas.
- Registration for two representatives is included at every level that brings representatives. Additional representatives and guests are $550 each ($650 on site).
- Exhibitor set-up begins at 12:00 PM on Saturday, February 13, 2027. Exhibit hours are 6:00 AM–2:00 PM Saturday through Tuesday and 6:00 AM–12:00 PM on Wednesday, February 17. Registration, the reception, breakfasts, and refreshments are held in the exhibit space.
- Logo and advertisement artwork (high resolution) is due to the Society office by January 14, 2027.
- Except for Platinum and Gold, exhibit sites are assigned in order of receipt of the completed application with full payment. Written cancellations received by January 11, 2027 are refunded less a $200 processing fee; no refunds after that date.
- The hotel reservation link is provided on receipt of exhibitor payment.
